Planting Seeds

I always have been so moved by the spoken or written word and with this, struggle to hear my voice...so tomorrow i will sit each morning in spirit with a person that i am honored to know and plant the seed to hear deeper in my heart.

drifting half way between waking dream and dream
found myself sitting on the floor in a large group of people
room felt gentle-my chest aching,emotions caught

wanting desperately to come to the surface

Mira saw me from across the room,came to me

"it's OK,let it out"

ever so slowly tears began to flow and i followed

this is the moment that i become.........

small steps seem to be the hardest
parallelized by unspoken emotion
the act of chopping kale has .....
and will...... if i let it.....
